Build your Career with an Industry Leaderat our Shared Services Centrein a global leader in premium label solutions our purpose is to deliver the worlds best label solutions that help our customers build their brands while adding value to our employees our shareholders and the communities in which we you share our vision and believe that you could contribute to the success of our company we look forward to hearing from you!Job HighlightsHybrid Working ArrangementConducive Working EnvironmentLearning & DevelopmentJob DescriptionsProject Leadership & DeliveryLead and manage projects from initiation through closure ensuring successful delivery against scope schedule budget and quality and delivere-Invoicing implementation projects including regulatory compliance system integration process redesign testing deployment and post-go-live comprehensive project plans covering scope objectives deliverables timelines resources dependencies communication change management and governance project kickoff sessions ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities and establish accountability across the project & CollaborationDrive project execution with cross-functional teams and external vendors (where applicable).Coordinate multiple workstreams ensuring effective collaboration prioritization and alignment across project progress and milestones proactively identifying risks issues constraints and Issue & Stakeholder ManagementManage and escalate project risks issues and conflicts promptly with clear mitigation and contingency and deliver structured and transparent status updates to senior stakeholders steering committees and project & Resource ManagementManage project budgets track actuals vs. forecasts and ensure adherence to financial controls and organizational resource allocation and address capacity or skill gaps as Improvement & GovernanceLead post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement best practices in project management governance and controls to drive consistency and operational RequirementsBachelors degree in business administration accounting and finance or related least 6 years working experience in related field (experience in shared services environment is preferred).Experience in project work such as finance transformation system implementation or process computer skills and experience with relevant software communication and presentation critical thinking analytical and problem-solving interpersonal and organizational to detail and a high level of accuracy in to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet tight to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new applicants who can legally live and work in Malaysia will be considered.
