Production Planner

To perform the production planning function in order to render punctual delivery to customers for the assigned product family.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and departmental KPIs.
• Coordinate material supply production activities and delivery commitments to ensure on-time shipment.
• Communicate with customers on delivery schedules sample requests and order status updates.
• Monitor production progress and resolve scheduling issues with internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain product and process master data and support budgeting reporting and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality safety and management system requirements including participation in audits training and assigned company initiatives.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Communicate in Mandarin.
• Internship or project experience in manufacturing production planning supply chain or operations.
• Basic knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle).
• Understanding of production planning inventory control or logistics concepts.
• Knowledge of semiconductor electronics or manufacturing industries.
• Experience using data analysis tools such as Excel Pivot Tables Power Automate.
