Product Engineer (NPI Development)

Product Engineer supports the successful introduction of new products into production. This role works closely with a global crossfunctional NPI team to ensure product launches are delivered on time meet market requirements and achieve high reliability and manufacturability. The Product Engineer plays a key role during product qualification characterization and production rampup phases.

• Support endtoend New Product Introduction activities from development through mass production.
• Work with global R&D crossfunctional teams to ensure ontime product launch with minimal risk
• Driver in product qualification characterization and validation testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Analyze product performance data and support identification of potential risks or gaps
• Support reliability assessment and corrective actions during qualification phases
• Ensure product manufacturability during production ramp-up
• Collaborate with test quality design manufacturing and marketing teams
• Align product market requirements with manufacturing needs
• Support yield improvement issue resolution and launch readiness tracking

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or related)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience or fresh graduate
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
• Strong interest in new product development and manufacturing
