Job Summary
Product Engineer supports the successful introduction of new products into production. This role works closely with a global crossfunctional NPI team to ensure product launches are delivered on time meet market requirements and achieve high reliability and manufacturability. The Product Engineer plays a key role during product qualification characterization and production rampup phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Support endtoend New Product Introduction activities from development through mass production.
- Work with global R&D crossfunctional teams to ensure ontime product launch with minimal risk
- Driver in product qualification characterization and validation testing to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Analyze product performance data and support identification of potential risks or gaps
- Support reliability assessment and corrective actions during qualification phases
- Ensure product manufacturability during production ramp-up
- Collaborate with test quality design manufacturing and marketing teams
- Align product market requirements with manufacturing needs
- Support yield improvement issue resolution and launch readiness tracking
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical Electronics Mechatronics or related)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience or fresh graduate
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams
- Strong interest in new product development and manufacturing
