Principal Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction/Project Manager with daily site operations coordination and tracking project progress.
• Prepare and consolidate project documentation.
• Create and maintain work schedules.
• Monitor material usage to identify wastage and implement corrective measures when needed.
• Liaise with Consultants Subcontractors and internal teams to resolve technical matters review revised drawings and ensure work complies with approved construction drawings and RFIs.
• Verify site progress conduct joint measurements and prepare claim-related documents for submission to the Contracts Department for monthly progress claims.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in relevant engineering or project management tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate supervise guide and motivate site teams effectively.
• Prior experience in railway projects is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with civil and structural works including piles columns piers and related structures.

Penang Malaysia (Alternate Saturday Work)
