Principal Contract Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Experience with analysis of tender preparation of tender submission & BQ cost estimation handle claims and payment for the project
• Measurement of quantity experience in taking off
• Experience in managing people
• Processing of progress claim and variations to ensure on time submissions
• Measure actual work at site and analyze subcontractor prices
• To perform any other Ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the management.

Key Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma Bachelors Degree Professional Degree Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• At least 4 year(s) of infrastructure and building related projects working experience as a QS is required for this position and handling or managing staff under in terms of junior quantity surveyor
• Preferably candidates specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Should be conversant with MS Office particularly easy in working with Excel spread sheets in added advantage
• Undertake and carry out works with responsibilities and eye for details
• Good planning skill and willing to learn and take up challenges
