You are a specialist in a process workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures you will drive standardization and simplification of addition you will provide input for training materials ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What you need to know about this position:
Job Description/Responsibilities
Implement HR initiatives that balance and meet the needs of the employee and organization.
Involves with employee experience project for Malaysia and South East Asia.
Responsible for end to end recruitment activity for all core team(shopfloor employees) inclusive of managing local and foreign worker recruitment.
Manage 3rd party contractor for production operation.
Manage time & attendance system (KRONOS) for all core team validate payroll inputs from payroll team and ensure 100% payroll accuracy.
Experience in HRIS system (WORKDAY) will be an advantage.
Participant and assist in all audits (SeDex FSSC MOH and etc) as a key auditee for all the documentation and execution.
Provide accurate weekly/monthly reporting for manufacturing scorecard and any other reporting required.
Managing overall hostel management for foreign worker and transportation for local production operators.
Responsible to liase with relevant government bodies in relation to foreign worker management.
Support People Lead for any IR and Union matters.

Education / Certifications:
Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline (Preferably HRM)
Job specific requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR manufacturing environment
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Basic knowledges on Malaysian Labor Law
Skills: Pleasant personality work with integrity and possessed good communication skill.
To be based in Shah Alam Plant
