Packing Operator

Job Description

The Packing Operator owns equipment performance and results within their assigned line/area. This role requires safely operating equipment performing routine maintenance and conducting quality checks to meet shift KPIs and minimize losses and defects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Safely operate clean inspect and maintain packing line equipment according to standards
• Conduct quality checks and basic maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Meet shift and area KPIs while identifying and eliminating defects and losses
