A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop update and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and site teams to ensure schedule accuracy.
- Monitor project progress identify delays and propose recovery plans.
- Prepare and present project progress reports (S-curves histograms critical path analysis).
- Integrate schedule data with cost and resource plans.
- Support tender planning and prepare baseline programs.
- Conduct what-if analyses to assess potential project changes.
- Ensure compliance with client and company planning standards.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 25 years experience in planning/scheduling within the construction or engineering industry.
- Proven experience using Primavera P6 & Microsoft Project software.
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 MS Project and Excel.
- Understanding of EOT (Extension of Time) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Knowledge of resource loading progress measurement and project controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
