Dream Communication System LLC is looking for an Outdoor Marketing Specialist to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The Outdoor Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in promoting our brand through strategic outdoor marketing initiatives, contributing to our growth and market presence.

• Assist in managing and operating the company’s social media accounts, including Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, and TikTok.
• Participate in content planning and publishing to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create and edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Support the setup, execution, and monitoring of social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads / XHS Ads / TikTok Ads).
• Track content performance and conduct basic data analysis and reporting.
• Assist the team in other digital marketing and promotional projects as required.

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) with good English communication skills. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Familiar with major social media platforms, especially Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, and TikTok.
• Possess video editing and visual content creation skills; proficient in CapCut, Canva, or other relevant software.
• Basic understanding of social media advertising strategies and content performance analysis.
• Creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing time effectively.
• Open to students pursuing Digital Marketing, Media & Communication, Design, Advertising, Business, or related fields.
