Operations Team Lead

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure execution of dailyoperations within the department
• Accountable for productionsupervisionand discipline of employees
• Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards
• Enforceimport/exportpolicy and procedure compliance
• Communicate with vendors/suppliersregardingshipment dispatch routing pricing and rates.
• Respond to & solveproblemsas needed
• Maintain vendor relationships

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or bachelors degree in business administration Logistic Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of working experience in operations or team management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
