Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency cost control service quality and continuous improvement across all logistics activities.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead overall warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency cost-effectiveness and high service quality
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics storage and distribution activities
Ensure all operations are performed in compliance with company SOPs safety standards and regulatory requirements
Take full ownership of operational performance across all functions
Performance & KPI Management
Drive operational performance productivity and achievement of KPIs
Prepare and monitor monthly performance reports and key metrics
Identify operational gaps and implement improvement initiatives
Continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
People & Resource Management
Manage workforce planning scheduling and resource allocation
Lead coach and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and discipline
Develop a high-performance team culture with strong accountability
Inventory & Process Management
Ensure accurate inventory control and stock management
Optimize warehouse layout space utilization and workflow efficiency
Coordinate inbound/outbound activities to meet operational timelines
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and company standards
Implement and enforce operational and safety procedures
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Continuous Improvement
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and warehouse operations
Identify opportunities for automation cost savings and process enhancement
Requirements
Experience
Minimum 810 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management (for senior-level role)
At least 58 years of hands-on warehouse operations experience with supervisory responsibilities
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership people management and decision-making skills
Proven ability in strategic planning and operational execution
Solid understanding of warehouse processes inventory control and logistics systems
Strong analytical skills with experience managing KPIs and performance metrics
Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
