Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency cost control service quality and continuous improvement across all logistics activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound outbound and storage activities

• Ensure accurate inventory management stock control and regular stock reconciliation

• Supervise warehouse staff maintain discipline and ensure productivity targets are met

• Coordinate receiving picking packing and shipping processes to meet delivery timelines

• Optimize warehouse layout space utilization and workflow efficiency

• Implement and enforce safety security and operational procedures

• Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with SOPs and company standards

• Identify areas for process improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with logistics procurement and supply chain teams for smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 58 years of warehouse operations experience with supervisory responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes inventory control and logistics operations

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Strong organizational problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an added advantage
