Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced OpenShift Engineer with 5 years of IT infrastructure platform engineering or DevOps experience and strong expertise in deploying managing and supporting Red Hat OpenShift environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining container platforms enabling cloud-native applications and ensuring platform reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy configure and administer Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
Manage Kubernetes workloads networking storage and cluster lifecycle.
Monitor platform health performance and capacity.
Troubleshoot OpenShift container and Kubernetes-related issues.
Automate deployments using Ansible Terraform or scripting.
Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
Implement platform security patching backup and disaster recovery best practices.
Collaborate with infrastructure cloud and application teams to deliver scalable container solutions.
Required Skills
5 years of experience in Platform Engineering DevOps or Infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Experience with Docker/Podman Helm and container orchestration.
Knowledge of Linux administration networking and storage.
Experience with Ansible Terraform Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure OCI or GCP) is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) CKA or equivalent certifications.
Experience with VMware Tanzu or other enterprise container platforms is an added advantage.
