Job Summary

Responsibilities: To drive sales conversion through WhatsApp and digital communication channels; build and manage customer relationships to support repeat business; execute digital sales campaigns and product promotions; coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment; maintain customer and sales data for tracking and performance monitoring; support the companys digital sales growth and customer engagement initiatives.

Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Marketing or related field.
Experience in sales retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic familiarity with WhatsApp and digital communication platforms.
Good communication skills to engage and interact with customers effectively.
Able to use Microsoft Excel for tracking and simple reporting.
Training will be provided for job-related systems and processes.
