NexDaca Improvement Equipment Engineer
Job Summary
- Lead equipment improvement and optimization projects.
- Analyze equipment performance data and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Drive machine upgrades modifications and automation initiatives.
- Conduct DOE and capability studies to improve process and equipment performance.
- Improve OEE throughput and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on technical solutions and implementation.
- Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment engineering or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience in equipment performance improvement and optimization projects.
- Strong knowledge of DOE SPC FMEA and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Experience leading engineering improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
Good to Have
- Experience with NexDaca equipment.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Knowledge of automation robotics machine vision or Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Experience managing CAPEX or equipment upgrade projects.
