New Product Development Graduate Engineer

About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer at Dyson you will be part of a structured graduate programme designed to develop future engineering leaders. You will work on real-world engineering challenges contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams across design development manufacturing and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design development testing and validation of products and technologies
• Apply engineering fundamentals to solve complex technical problems
• Assist in prototyping experimentation and data analysis to evaluate design performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers software engineers manufacturing and quality teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of products processes and engineering solutions
• Document engineering work clearly including reports test results and design reviews

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related disciplines
  (e.g. Mechanical Electrical Electronic Mechatronics Software Materials Industrial Systems etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Passion for technology innovation and product development
