Job Summary
This role is responsible for the analysis design development testing implementation maintenance and support of business-critical applications.
The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in C# Core and Microsoft SQL Server with the ability to work independently troubleshoot issues and deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform systems analysis design development testing implementation and documentation of business applications.
Develop enhance and maintain web and windows-based applications using technologies.
Design develop and maintain RESTful APIs and system integrations.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Troubleshoot debug and resolve application issues in development testing and production environments.
Provide Level 2 application support and ensure smooth Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations.
Work closely with business users business analysts QA teams and project stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for enhancement requests and change requirements.
Develop and optimize database objects including stored procedures views functions and queries.
Conduct unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver projects on schedule and with high quality.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
Experience in application maintenance and production support environments.
Strong experience in C# .NET Framework ( MVC and Core).
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server including database design stored procedures views functions query optimization and performance tuning.
Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) design patterns and software engineering principles.
Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good to have Knowledge
Experience with Entity Framework/Core and front-end technologies (HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript JSON jQuery).
Knowledge of PostgreSQL GitLab RabbitMQ/Kafka is an advantage.
Exposure to AI-assisted development and modern practices including CI/CD microservices and Docker/containerization is preferred.
