We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Migration Lead to drive the design and implementation of modern workplace solutions for our organisation.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural solutions for modern workplace environments ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technology standards.
• Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online OneDrive Teams SPFx and Microsoft Graph solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams supporting them in achieving project milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless workplace modernization solutions.
• Analyse complex challenges and propose scalable efficient solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelors Degree
• Open to Malaysians and expatriates currently based in Malaysia
• Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible expatriate candidates currently based in Malaysia
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive Implementation
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development
• Expert proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Graph
• Experience designing architectural solutions for modern workplace environments
• Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver workplace modernization solutions

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI)
• Experience integrating emerging technologies into workplace modernization strategies
• Experience with project lifecycle tools (e.g. Azure DevOps Jira)

Education:

• Bachelors Degree
