Job Summary
Requirements:
- At least a bachelors degree majoring in Mechanical & Electrical Engineer or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 8 years of working experience in the construction industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices software and 2D drawing software e.g. AutoCAD.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for local compliance audit of professional drawings and construction technology of interior decoration.
- Preparation of interior decoration professional construction plan technical disclosure and on-site quality management
- Review the sub- contractors monthly completed project quantity.
- Accounting drawings and materials and submitting procurement plans.
- Material inspection data submission
- Manage sub-contractors team and coordinated the construction work.
- Inspect construction quality process control.
- Solve technical problems in construction.
- Report major problems in the interior decoration profession.
