Job Summary
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong M&E building services design experience to join a lean consulting engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design ACMV fire protection plumbing & sanitary and mechanical ventilation systems
- Perform heat load calculations and equipment sizing
- Prepare drawings calculations tender documents and BQ
- Handle Bomba (JBPM) and local authority submissions
- Conduct site inspections testing & commissioning through to handover
- Manage design packages with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 35 years experience in M&E consultancy or contractor with strong design exposure
- BEM Graduate Engineer registration
- Hands-on ACMV design experience
- Experience with Bomba (JBPM) submissions
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Added Advantage: Revit MEP working towards Ir. IEM membership or green building experience.
