1. Develop production process parameters develop consumables life and confirm equipment DFM
2. Evaluate fixtures that meet the functions including developing fixture accuracy life assembly standards and developing test plans;
3. Evaluate hot melt and USW equipment and be able to debug hot melt machines and USW
4. Evaluate dispensing equipment and be able to operate dispensing machines
Be proficient in dispensing machine control systems and handle product dispensing problems in a timely manner
Review glue TDS and MSDS and other information and set dispensing and curing parameters according to glue characteristics
5. Setup debugging and maintenance of robot
