Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead a production team to achieve daily quality delivery productivity and cost targets. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining a safe compliant and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of production operators to achieve daily production goals.
• Plan and monitor manpower production flow and line capacity to maximize output.
• Coordinate with Engineering Planning QA and other teams to resolve production issues and support on-time delivery.
• Prioritize urgent production lots to meet customer shipment commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards safety environmental and management system requirements.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Good leadership communication and people management skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production targets.

Good to have

• Experience in production planning line balancing or manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of ISO management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001) or RBA requirements.
• Continuous improvement mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated willing to learn and committed to delivering results.
