About Our Client

Our Client is a global customer experience and business process outsourcing provider supporting some of the worlds most recognized brands across FinTech Technology Gaming Healthcare and Digital Services.

As part of an international project supporting a leading cryptocurrency trading platform Our Client is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join its growing team in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.

  • Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia (Hybrid)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Languages: Mandarin & English
  • Schedule: Rotational Shifts (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)
  • Work Authorization: Valid Work-Permit for Malaysia

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via live chat and email in Mandarin and English
  • Deliver accurate efficient and high-quality customer service experiences
  • Assist users with platform-related inquiries account issues and service requests
  • Monitor and follow up on customer concerns and escalations
  • Identify operational risks discrepancies and process improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support operations
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cryptocurrency products trading platforms and market developments
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and overall service performance

Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in customer service live chat or email support environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data numbers and financial information
  • Interest in cryptocurrency fintech financial markets or digital assets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Eligible to work in Malaysia

Preferred Qualifications

  • 24 years of customer support experience
  • Experience within fintech banking trading cryptocurrency or financial services
  • Educational background in Finance Economics Business Administration Mathematics or other analytical disciplines
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading platforms and digital asset markets
