Core Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Specialist your day-to-day operations will involve:
- Omnichannel Engagement: Communicate effectively with platform users and commercial clients via inbound phone calls live web chat and email handling all interactions seamlessly in Mandarin.
- End-to-End Booking Care: Overseas reservations throughout their entire cycle managing itinerary changes cancellation requests and secure payment processing.
- Vendor Diplomacy: Work directly with hotel operators local vendors and venue managers to settle booking discrepancies arrange special accommodations and synchronize live system availability.
- Technical Guidance: Guide users through account configuration digital wallet features loyalty reward redemptions and basic app navigation.
- De-escalation & Retention: Apply high emotional intelligence and professionalism to ease customer frustrations turning complex service challenges into positive brand impressions.
- Database Management: Keep highly organized detailed logs of client requests escalated issues and software bugs within our English-language CRM system.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
Language Capabilities
- Mandarin: Native or business-level fluency. Candidates must be highly skilled at reading and typing in Simplified and/or Traditional Chinese characters across all digital channels.
- English: B2 proficiency minimum (Upper-Intermediate). You must feel confident utilizing English-language software understanding company documentation and collaborating with international colleagues.
Education & Technical Aptitude
- Qualifications: A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any field (specializations in Communications Linguistics or Hospitality are highly valued).
- Experience: Prior backgrounds in call centers or hospitality are a plus though not strictly required.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable multi-tasking across dual monitors adapting to new mobile software environments and maintaining a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Availability: Flexible and willing to work a rotational shift scheduleincluding weekends and public holidaysto align with international user demand.
