We are currently recruiting Mandarin-Speaking Banking Sales Advisors to join a leading banking organisation in Singapore.

This is a customer-facing target-driven sales position where you will work directly with customers understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking insurance and investment solutions.

• Work within a branch environment and proactively engage with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and approach potential customers.
• Understand customers financial goals needs and circumstances.
• Recommend suitable financial insurance and investment solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads provided by the bank.
• Conduct outbound calls where required.
• Process new applications and product/policy changes accurately.
• Identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly sales KPIs and targets.

• Fluent Mandarin is essential.
• Fluent English is required.
• Previous experience in sales banking insurance financial services retail sales relationship management or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with customers and recommending products.
• Commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets.
• Comfortable working in a sales and KPI-driven environment.
• Positive proactive and customer-focused.
• Malaysian candidates must be willing to relocate to Singapore.
