We are hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists for our client in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
In this role you will provide customer support for inquiries related to orders delivery payment product information pre-orders and general customer questions. You will communicate mainly in Mandarin while also using English in a professional working environment.
This opportunity is open to candidates with customer support experience as well as fresh graduates with relevant educational backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced international support environment.

Requirements
C1 level Mandarin proficiency.
B2 level English proficiency in reading writing speaking and listening.
Bachelors Degree Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
Minimum 6 months of customer support experience in any industry is preferred.
Fresh graduates with a relevant degree or diploma are encouraged to apply.
Professional or personal experience in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
Familiarity with mobile operating systems smartphones tablets PCs or laptops.
Strong curiosity in understanding technology and continuous learning.
Analytical ability to identify troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Confidence in navigating multiple systems and tools to find accurate solutions.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and high-demanding environment.
Professional calm and positive attitude when handling pressure.

Good time management multitasking prioritization and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service support for inquiries related to post-order issues delivery updates payment information product pre-orders product pre-screening calls and general customer questions.
Assist customers by answering questions related to order status order changes and delivery timeframes.
Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions based on client service standards.
Meet required standards for call quality reports call audits and customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client-supported products.
Accurately record customer information and required data in internal systems.
Follow training operational procedures and quality guidelines in every customer interaction.
Maintain awareness of the clients products services and strengths in the industry.
Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in customer support operations.
