Manager, Vendor Communication & CRM

As a Vendor Communication & CRM Manager you will be responsible for designing and executing the communication strategy for sellers across Pandoras 15 markets ( Foodpanda Foodora Yemeksepeti). Your goal is to ensure sellers become fully autonomous on the platform by delivering the right information at the right time.

This role requires strong project management skills as youll oversee a large-scale rollout across all markets. You will own CRM communication build a vendor community and manage training materials to empower vendors and foster engagement.

Your mission:

1. CRM Communication & Lifecycle Management

• Own the CRM strategy for Restaurant and Shop partners across the full partner lifecycle (Incubation Growth At-Risk Dormant Top Performers)
• Define the channel timing and segmentation approach that governs how and when partners are reached across each market

2. Content & Campaign Execution

• Develop engaging content and adapt it across channels e.g. email in-app notifications.
• Execute and launch omnichannel campaigns that enhance vendor experience and drive engagement 

3. Project Management

• Own and drive strategic projects regional or local collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate campaigns for subscription upsells promotional partnerships training programs seasonal readiness and more
• Partner with Product Operations and Vendor Support teams to align comms strategy with business goals
• Track and analyse engagement metrics and business outcomes across campaigns. Feed those insights back into strategy content and targeting on a continuous basis.

Qualifications :

Your Heroic skills:

• 4 years of experience in project management and running effective CRM campaigns.
• Having prior experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Braze Insider) is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end with the proactivity and resourcefulness to drive execution independently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with or openness to leveraging AI in CRM to rethink how we execute.
• Comfortable with data and analytics.
