Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned hiring portfolios including job posting talent sourcing CV screening interview coordination and offer preparation ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidates suitability relevant experience career motivations and compensation expectations
• Provide timely and accurate recruitment updates to hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with established recruitment policies governance standards and audit requirements
• Contribute to recruitment projects career fairs employer branding initiatives and other Talent Acquisition activities to support the organizations talent attraction goals
• Undertake additional Talent Acquisition duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience gained from an in-house Talent Acquisition function recruitment agency banking environment or a combination thereof
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates hiring managers and business leaders
• Ability to assess candidate suitability through structured screening and competency-based conversations.
• Experience in employer branding initiatives recruitment events or talent acquisition projects will be an added advantage
