Manager, Manufacturing

• Lead and direct cross-functional operational teams to streamline processes elevate product quality maximize yield and drive operational efficiency
• Design and implement robust process monitoring frameworks and key performance indicators to enable proactive risk management and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Spearhead the integration of new processes and systems into operations ensuring product quality standards and business delivery commitments are consistently met
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to strengthen process capability minimize variation and sustain a high standard of operational excellence

Qualifications :

Required :

• 15 years of experience in operations Process engineering or a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Minimum 10 years in a leadership or managerial role leading operation teams across various functions.

Preferred : 

• Proven experience in process optimization performance improvement and quality management
• Experience in operational process control system implementation and new process transfer into production environments

Skills :

• Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration with operations quality engineering and other business functions
