Job Summary

Responsibilities:

As a Ecommerce Manager Business Unit Technology you are responsible for managing our eCommerce presence across the region. Your goal is to drive digital sales (transactions) by managing the assortment pricing & promotions ecom operations and demand generation.

In your day-to-day work you will deal with the planning and further development of the shop appearance and act as an interface between various specialist departments. These include web design the marketing department within the company development IT and our in-house performance marketing. It is a high growth role as you will grow and take on more responsibility as our e-commerce presence across the APAC region grows.

Your main responsibilities include the following:

Key tasks:

  • Manage and execute together with country partners on end-to-end eCommerce operation from traffic management forecast & planning promotion/pricing platform management and reporting
  • Create & maintain all ecommerce platforms content with country partners while ensuring all content (pages products listing & price etc) are updated and in line with guidelines/ reference at all times
  • Collaborate with regional and sales and marketing teammates in different countries to implement our eCommerce strategy
  • Oversee digital marketing channels and executions across PPC SEO affiliates email marketing and social media; work with our internal marketing team to develop and drive an acquisition activation and retention strategy
  • Analyze and deliver data driven strategies to achieve top performance KPI
  • Plans executes and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Work closely with internal teams web development and technical teams to continue improve user experience including website functionality and speed
  • Communication to countries marketing team and management on progress and results.
  • Support roll-out of global e-store into new countries
  • Maintain cutting-edge knowledge with relevant eCommerce B2B digital marketing trends new digital channels

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Digital marketing experience
  • Experience managing an ecommerce platform or as category specialist at marketplaces
  • Have a strong analytical/strategic mindset/ result-oriented thinking and databased approach
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Knowledge of Attribution modelling website speed optimizationA/B testing conversion management sales journey optimization traffic analysis and reporting tools
    • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
    • Proven track record in managing agency partnerships as well as successfully managing internal and external stakeholders
    • Knowledge of Facebook Ads LinkedIn Instagram display and retargeting tools is a plus
    • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics)
    • Experience and passionate in B2B brands and industries preferred
    • Highly customer oriented with a strong sense of duty and quality awareness
    • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
    • Passionate committed reliable and resilient
    • Good command of English language
