The Opportunity
The Management Assistant (HEW 3 Casual) will provide administrative and coordination support to the HEAT CARE Project based in Segamat. Working under the direction of the Assistant Manager the role will support day-to-day project operations including documentation management task tracking communication coordination and liaison with field teams and contractors.
This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operational delivery by supporting coordination across stakeholders maintaining accurate project records and assisting with routine follow-ups. The role also contributes to continuity of operations when the Assistant Manager is not on-site enabling project activities to proceed efficiently.
