Operating Port: Penang

Job Description

Attend to vessels for clearance matters.
Arrange and coordinate crew change activities.
Monitor vessel arrival and departure formalities to ensure completion within the stipulated cut-off time.
Coordinate and follow up on vessel clearances berthing/unberthing arrangements and other related formalities
with the local Port Agent.
Prepare and submit daily updates arrival reports and departure reports to all relevant parties in accordance with
Company formats and KPI requirements.
Create and manage Optic appointments.
Provide timely updates on berthing prospects and port line-ups to Principals Shippers and Charterers.
Arrange and attend pre-arrival meetings with port authorities.
Handle BL (Bill of Lading) documentation and related matters.
Prepare and submit Customs Declarations.
Attend weekly operations meetings and provide updates on the vessel call list.
