JOB DESCRIPTION

• Interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical specifications to determine machining operations sequence and dimensions
• Create modify and optimize CNC programs for milling turning or other machining operations.
• Set up CNC machines including installation of tools fixtures and raw materials.
• Operate CNC machines to produce components with high accuracy and within specified tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining issues adjust offsets and improve cutting parameters for efficiency and tool life.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of machines and work areas following 5S and safety standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and report any mechanical or control issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Certificate/Diploma in Machining Manufacturing Technology Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g. G-code)
• Strong understanding of machining principles materials and tooling.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
