Logistics Specialist

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate weekly international and domestic shipments for BabbleRoo.
  

• 安排BabbleRoo每周的中国国内和海外货运
  

• Manage communication with freight forwarders and Amazon logistics partners.
  

• 与多家货代及亚马逊物流合作伙伴保持沟通
  

• Monitor shipment tracking resolve delays and follow up on receiving issues or shipment claims (especially with Amazon FBA).
  

• 追踪货运情况解决延误问题并跟进收货问题或货运索赔尤其是亚马逊FBA仓库的问题
  

• Coordinate inbound shipment documentation (commercial invoice packing list CO etc.) and ensure compliance with destination requirements.
  

• 收集并整理货物运输文件商业发票装箱单产地证等确保符合目的地要求
  

• Proactively communicate and resolve discrepancies with shipments warehouse receiving errors and shipping damages.
  

• 主动沟通并解决货运数量差异仓库收货数量错误和运输损坏问题
  

• Take charge of freight rate negotiation and manage cost tracking for optimized shipping costs.
  

• 负责海运费谈判并管理成本跟踪表优化运输费用使其保持竞争力
  

• Maintain organized records of shipping documents and provide logistics data for inventory and planning purposes.
  

• 有序记录运输文件并提供准确的物流数据供库存和计划所用
  

• Check all bills from forwarders against the agreed-upon rates and service agreements and apply for monthly payment.
  

• 核对所有货代账单并申请月度付款
  

• Actively participate in internal team communications for problem-solving and experience sharing
  

• 积极参与团队内部沟通和经验分享
  

• Support manager on other tasks that may not be limited to logistics as needed.
