Job Summary

Are you an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence

We are seeking an APAC Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to join our regional team supporting customers and stakeholders across Asia Pacific. This is a highly visible role that combines order fulfillment logistics execution stakeholder management and continuous improvement within a fast-paced multinational environment.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of service sales and program orders while partnering closely with internal teams freight providers warehouses and customers throughout the region.

What Youll Be Doing

Order Fulfillment & Customer Operations

  • Manage end-to-end fulfillment of Service Program and Sales orders across APAC.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered in line with customer commitments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for fulfillment-related customer inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Service Sales Program Management Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve order issues inventory constraints shipment delays and service interruptions.

Logistics & Transportation Management

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders ocean carriers transportation providers and warehouses.
  • Manage logistics execution to achieve customer requirements at the most cost-effective solution.
  • Work closely with regional 3PL partners to ensure service performance compliance and operational excellence.
  • Support logistics cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to trade compliance requirements and shipping documentation processes.

Systems Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Utilize SAP and WMS systems to manage orders inventory and fulfillment activities.
  • Monitor fulfillment performance and key operational metrics.
  • Analyze operational challenges and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on productivity service enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are advantageous.

Experience

  • Proven experience in Logistics Supply Chain Operations Order Fulfillment Freight Forwarding or Customer Operations.
  • Strong experience working with:
    • Freight Forwarders
    • Ocean Freight
    • Air Freight
    • Shipping & Transportation Providers
    • Warehousing & 3PL Operations
    • Import & Export Processes
  • Experience managing customer orders and regional logistics operations.
  • Exposure to process improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes

Experience using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to prioritize and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment

Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite

Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset

Japanese language capability would be highly advantageous to support regional stakeholders and business operations.
