Location Support Specialist

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Location Support Specialist you provide on-site technical support by troubleshooting hardware software devices and network issues while ensuring smooth installations configurations and daily operations across office stores and warehouses.

You will:

• Provide hands-on support for hardware and software issues that cannot be resolved remotely including laptops mobile devices tills and meeting room equipment
• Troubleshoot repair and maintain user devices and systems to minimize disruption and ensure stable operations
• Support installations configurations and setup of equipment for new joiners relocations and store or office changes
• Assist with network and connectivity issues in collaboration with global support teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage incidents and tasks using ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
• Coordinate with infrastructure vendors and support maintenance activities to ensure reliable technical environments

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

Youll work closely with store office and warehouse teams collaborating with global IT support teams and external vendors to ensure efficient and seamless technical support.

This role will be reporting to the Tech Manager.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people who

• Have secondary education or equivalent with IT-related studies considered an advantage
• Have basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting user devices and networks
• Are comfortable using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow (or similar tools)

• Structured and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communicators who collaborate well with others
• Curious eager to learn and service-minded
• Calm and adaptable able to handle technical challenges effectively
• Proficient in English and local language
