Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities:
- In charge of design adaptations artwork builds in accordance with client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Interpret and translate creative concepts and brand guidelines into high-quality artwork execution.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver creative design solutions that meets client brief.
- Produce high-quality adaptive design artworks that meet or exceed global industry standards ensuring accuracy consistency and timely delivery using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Ensure brand and design consistency across all client deliverables.
- Take ownership of end-to-end artwork delivery including handling complex and high-value projects with minimal supervision.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Drive adherence to best practices standards and workflows across the team.
- Train coach and mentor Adaptive Artists and Senior Adaptive Artists supporting onboarding and capability development.
- Build strong internal partnerships and collaborate with team members and coordinators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Lead execution of highly complex high-risk and high-value adaptation projects.
- Serve as the technical expert in adaptive design artwork production and print processes.
- Handle non-standard ambiguous and escalated cases requiring advanced judgment and expertise.
- Act as the escalation point for complex artwork and production issues.
- Ensure best-in-class quality standards across all deliverables.
- Recommend and implement advanced tools automation and process enhancements.
- Partner with the Adaptive Team Leader to support team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School/ Diploma/ Degree in Art & Design Printing Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in adaptive design artwork production pre-press printing packaging advertising or digital imaging.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and production tools.
- Advanced knowledge of print production packaging and artwork techniques.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proven ability to train coach and mentor junior team members.
- Ability to handle highly complex assignments and critical work independently.
- High attention to detail strong organization skills accountability and professionalism.
