Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer to ensure the reliability performance and usability of our software products. You will work closely with developers product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions while continuously improving our testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts.
Perform manual and automated testing across web mobile and/or backend systems.
Identify document and track defects.
Collaborate with internal teams and on-site stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Contribute to improving QA processes tools and standards.
Validate bug fixes and verify releases before deployment.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a quality perspective.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience in writing test cases test scenarios and preparing test data.
Ability to perform functional regression integration and exploratory testing.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g. JIRA) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong English communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
Experience with automated testing is a plus.
