What is a Customer Support Representative (Crypto Platform) A Customer Support Representative assists users of a global crypto trading platform through live chat and email support in Japanese and English. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about fintech crypto markets and delivering excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via live chat and email in Japanese and English
Deliver efficient accurate and high-quality support experiences
Assist users with inquiries complaints and platform-related issues
Stay updated on crypto market trends platform products and services
Identify operational risks or discrepancies and escalate when necessary
Provide constructive customer feedback and improvement suggestions to management
Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvement
Requirements
Japanese proficiency: C1 level or higher
Strong English communication skills (B2C1)
24 years of customer service experience preferred (Live Chat & Email support)
Experience in fintech financial services trading platforms or crypto is an advantage
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Educational background in Finance Economics Business Mathematics STEM or related fields preferred
Comfortable working rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
Team player with a professional and customer-focused attitude
Work Schedule
5-day rotational shifts
8am5pm / 4pm1am / 12am9am

Hybrid model
On-site during day shifts
Remote work during night shifts
