IT Workshop Technician

• Repairing maintenance and asset tracking of a variety of IT systems including desktop computers laptops tablet hardware printers EPOS terminals and handheld scanners.
• Managing the configuration of Cisco networking equipment EPOS Till systems handheld devices and printers.
• Processing of returns and recycling equipment.
• Ensuring accurate stock inventory and asset management.
• Utilizing Zendesk to manage workload/tickets and responding to phone requests.
• Coordinating hardware for store rollouts and acquisitions.

Qualifications :

• A strong interest in computing.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently without direct supervision.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Extensive experience with IT hardware.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in an IT hardware maintenance/ IT support role.
• Relevant certifications will be an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
