IT Operations Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on IT/MIS Infrastructure and Network Operations Executive to manage and support the companys IT infrastructure network operations and cybersecurity environment. This is a standalone role where you will be the primary onsite IT resource ensuring stable secure and efficient IT operations while working closely with the IT Manager and regional IT teams.

What Will You Do:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers networks client devices and datacenter equipment.
• Administer Windows Server Active Directory Microsoft Intune Azure and VMware environments.
• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure and security-related issues.
• Manage firewalls VPNs backups disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Oversee IT operations including incident change patch and asset management.
• Support IT infrastructure and security projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and regional IT stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards policies and best practices.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure system administration or network support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory Intune Azure and VMware.
• Experience with networking technologies firewalls VPNs backup solutions and IT security.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of IT operations.
• Excellent communication documentation and vendor management skills.
• Proactive responsible and a strong team player.
