Job Summary
Purpose:
Responsible for managing maintaining and supporting the companys IT infrastructure including servers networks storage systems cybersecurity and IT hardware to ensure stable secure and efficient business and production operations.
Responsibility
Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure including physical and virtual servers.
Administer and monitor LAN WAN Wi-Fi VPN firewalls routers and switches.
Install configure and maintain Windows Server Active Directory DNS DHCP and file servers.
Monitor server and network performance troubleshoot issues and minimize system downtime.
Manage backup disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
Implement and maintain IT security measures including endpoint protection firewalls access control and system updates.
Support ERP MES email database and other business-critical applications from an infrastructure perspective.
Plan and execute server network and infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects.
Maintain IT asset inventory system documentation and network diagrams.
Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for infrastructure-related issues.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware procurement maintenance and technical support.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering Network Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure network and server administration.
Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Working hours:
Mon to Fri 8am to 5:30pm
