Job Descriptions

• Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials and spare parts to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Perform outgoing inspection according to the established Outgoing Inspection Standards.
• Monitor record and analyse defective product statistics including handling of defective product returns.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments on quality issues and project execution.
• Track supplier Corrective Action Reports (CAR) conduct supplier audits and follow up on production abnormalities.
• Prepare outgoing shipment documents and upload required data according to customer requirements.
• Responsible for or assist in the signing issuance revision and control of DCC ISO documents.
• Maintain proper quality records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to product and process quality.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior or management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of QA experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Knowledge and experience in IQC OQC inspection processes quality control procedures and documentation management will be an advantage.
• Familiar with handling quality issues defective product analysis supplier corrective actions and audit activities.
• Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with different departments.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate and liaise with counterparts in Taiwan and China.
• Able to prepare and maintain quality documents and records accurately.
• Willing to work overtime (OT) when required.
• Responsible detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Location: Kulai Johor

Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30AM - 5:30PM)

Salary Range: RM4000 - 5500
