Inventory Control Supervisor-Subang Jaya

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving storage picking packing and shipping of goods.

Lead train and motivate warehouse staff to meet performance and productivity targets.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

Enforce compliance with safety regulations company policies and OSHA standards.

Maintain a clean organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Coordinate with procurement logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies shipping errors or operational bottlenecks.

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software to track inventory and generate reports.

Prepare and manage daily weekly and monthly operational reports (e.g. productivity error rates inventory levels).

Ensure proper handling and storage of goodsespecially temperature-sensitive or hazardous materialsand recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency reduce costs and improve service levels.

Associates or bachelors degree in logistics supply chain or a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 24 years of warehouse or logistics experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in using WMS ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse safety standards.

Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands (standing lifting up to 50 lbs etc.).

Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
