Internship in Facility Management (Civil)

• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of building infrastructure facilities and civil engineering assets.
• Support facility inspections and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure compliance with safety quality and project requirements.
• Assist in planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support space management renovation and facility improvement projects.
• Prepare and update maintenance records reports drawings and documentation.
• Participate in facility audits safety inspections and compliance activities.
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting building and infrastructure-related issues.
• Support cost estimation and tracking of facility maintenance expenditures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth facility operations

Qualifications :

• Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in civil engineering Building Management Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in Facility Management and building maintenance operations.
• Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles construction materials and building systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Microsoft Office or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proactive responsible and willing to learn.
• Internship duration of at least 4 to 6 months is preferred.

• Monthly Internship allowance
