What will you do
Provide end-to-end support and first-level resolution for employees and managersandassistwith the maintenance and updating of HR operations databases (Workday / SAP etc.) including employee records and attendance systems.
Support the management of the employee life cycle including onboarding transfers promotions and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions andaccuraterecord-keeping.
Help administer employee benefits programmes such as health insurance enrolment leave applications and retirement plans.
Workon items linked to compensation benefits and HR policies while fostering clear communication to enhance employee understanding and satisfaction.
Use dashboards and data analytics tomonitorpersonal and team performanceidentifyingand following up on continuous improvement opportunities.
Support and contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and projectsrelating to employee life cycle.
What will you learn
Deliver real-time HR support and resolve queries in a dynamic collaborative environment.
Developexpertisein HR policies and processes using advanced knowledge management tools toprovideaccurateguidance.
