Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Assist in routine data collection and updating for assurance platform.
2. Support in updating and maintaining management system documentation (policies procedures SOPs).
3. Communicate reminders and updates to stakeholders regarding deadlines and deliverables.
4. Liaise with department focal persons and assurance coordinators for data collection.
5. Help track and monitor corrective and preventive actions from any relevant audits.
6. Participate in internal audits and external audits as an observer or note-taker.
7. Assist in coordination of meetings workshops and training sessions related to assurance or audits.
