Job Summary
1. Identify and investigate escalated dispute for PETRONAS Gift Card cases if any perform analysis prior to providing first level resolutions including performing adjustment and chargeback within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) to respective stakeholders to fulfill customers satisfaction.
2. Assist in processing PETRONAS Gift Card orders from customers.
3. Experience in onboarding new PETRONAS Gift Card Platform.
