Job Description:

1. Data Analytics & Power BI Support
Support the team in maintaining preparing and validating leadership and talent data with a focus on accuracy and completeness. Assist in data analysis and the development and updating of Power BI dashboards and visuals for leadership reporting monitoring and decisionmaking using AI chatbots and agents gaining exposure to analytics and digital tools used for leadership & talent management.

2. Leadership Programmes Governance & Event Support
Provide operational and administrative support for leadership and top talent programmes workshops meetings and events including coordination preparation of materials tracking of action items ontheday event support and post-event activities. Gain exposure to leadership management programme execution and stakeholder engagement across PETRONAS.

3. Communications Content Creation & Insight Amplification
Support internal communications and engagement efforts by producing content such as slides visuals videos montages email blasts and social media or intranet posts. Assist in translating leadership insights programme updates and analytics outputs into engaging and accessible content for leadership updates events and internal communications. Gain exposure into professional communication using multimedia authoring tools.
