Job Summary
Description
- Support data analysis for portfolio financial (CAPEX/OPEX) and product performance tracking
- Assist in development of dashboards (e.g. Power BI Excel) to monitor:
- Portfolio health
- Product KPIs (adoption utilisation value delivered)
- Identify and automate manual processes (reporting data consolidation workflow tracking)
- Support value creation and value realisation tracking (ROI benefits cost optimisation initiatives)
- Assist in product management activities including:
- Tracking product performance and lifecycle
- Monitoring adoption and usage metrics
- Supporting reporting for P4R / BITCOM / portfolio reviews
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain a single source of truth
- Explore and prototype AI / analytics use cases to improve productivity and efficiency
Undergraduate in Data Science / Analytics / Computer Science / Engineering or related field - Familiar with Excel Power BI or basic programming (Python is an advantage)
- Analytical detail-oriented and proactive
- Demonstrates strong ownership accountability and willingness to learn
